Last Updated: 11th October, 2026
Welcome to KronoLawgy Compliance Private Limited (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"), our website, and all associated professional B2B compliance, audit, training, trademark, appointment/slot-booking, and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) services (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully before creating a corporate account. By registering an account, purchasing a service, booking a slot, or utilizing the Platform, you (Client," "User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
1. ELIGIBILITY, CAPACITY, AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
A. Capacity to Contract
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
B. Representation and Authority
By creating an account on behalf of a commercial entity, company, or partnership, you represent and warrant that you possess the explicit legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
C. Account Maintenance
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity, compliance submission, slot booking, or legal filing initiated through your corporate account dashboard will be deemed an authorized action executed by your organization. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND PLATFORM USE
The Platform serves as a digital portal providing corporate services. The execution of specific services is governed by the following operational parameters:
● Labour Code & Statutory Audits: The accuracy of safety, POSH, or Labour Code audit reports relies entirely on the validity and completeness of the records, payroll data, and access provided by your organization.
● Workplace Health Checkups: The Platform provides scheduling and log management infrastructure. On-site medical checkups are carried out by certified, independent medical partner networks.
● Appointment / Slot Booking: The Platform enables scheduling of appointments and services with empanelled service providers. Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
● Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) & Arbitration: The Platform acts as an institutional registry providing procedural rules, secure communications, and access to a panel of independent neutrals.
Services may be delivered directly by the Company or through its empanelled network partners and independent service providers, who are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Company.
3. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
A. Service Fees
Clients agree to pay all subscription costs, flat service fees, slot-booking charges, or institutional filing disbursements specified during checkout or outlined in an explicit B2B service contract.
B. Taxation and Payouts
All platform fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST), which will be added to invoices at the current regulatory rates.
C. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the immediate mobilization of professional inspectors, auditors, filings, and legal neutrals, fees paid for initiated audits, trademark submissions, or seated dispute tribunals are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Cancellations and refunds relating to appointment or slot bookings are governed exclusively by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on the Platform.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A. Platform Ownership
All code, user interfaces, system architecture, trade secrets, data graphics, and branding assets comprising the website and App belong exclusively to KronoLawgy Compliance Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
B. Client Data License
You retain ownership of all documents, employee logs, evidence briefs, and materials uploaded to the Platform. You grant us a restricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transfer this data strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the requested audits, filings, bookings, or dispute resolutions.
5. LICENSE TO USE THE APP
A. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your organization's internal business purposes in connection with the Platform's intended services.

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the App available to any third party. Except as expressly permitted under Clause 7 (Prohibited Activities), you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
C. Reservation of Rights
The Company and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein, and no rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly set out in this Clause 5.
D. Updates
The Company may, from time to time and without prior notice, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Such updates may be installed automatically and shall be governed by these Terms unless accompanied by separate terms.
E. Third-Party App Store Terms
Where the App is downloaded through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable usage terms of that platform. In the event of a conflict between such platform terms and these Terms, these Terms shall govern as between you and the Company, to the extent permitted by the relevant platform's policies.
F. Termination of License
The license granted under this Clause 5 terminates automatically, without notice, upon termination of these Terms in accordance with Clause 9 (Termination of Account), or upon your discontinuation of use of the App, whichever is earlier. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from all devices under your control.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and other applicable data protection laws of India. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
